12 Habits for a Successful Year
New Year means new goals right?! But sometimes setting one monstrous resolution can be a little daunting. I mean...where do you even start??
In my experience, it takes only 30 days to make something a habit. So, I'm challenging you to create 12 new habits in 2020. For each month, pick something that you would like to become a habit of yours. I challenge you to become diligent with it. Make sure you do it every single day for that entire month and keep track of your progress. I promise you, at the end of those 30 days, those new habits won't feel so daunting!
