90. A Ramble on Being Ourselves

And over on the podcast...🎙 In this episode I discuss being different. And how parenting a child who is ‘different’ can be a very challenging thing. There is an inherent need to want to protect them and keep them safe – from ridicule, from challenge, from heartache. However, it is my job as a parent to try and teach them to have the strength to endure those things without losing who they are and what makes them ‘different’. This is not unlike growing a business, as we can definitely start to think of those as our ‘babies’. Are you playing it safe inside of your business as a form of protection?
