120. Leadership Series: Jane Doucette
This week on the Podcast we continue on with our Leadership Series and the amazing Jane Doucette joins me.
Jane is a leader with She’s Got Leggz, an incredible (Canadian) apparel & accessories company. She has been in the NWM’ing industry for over 30 years, so I loved hearing her share how much has changed with the way that we build these businesses. Her tenacity, openness to learn and determination are truly incredible. We also went off on a little tangent on Vendor Events that I think you are going to love. They’re a powerful strategy to building your network and audience as we transition back to a business model that allows us to build in person as well. She also drops some incredible tips about connecting with your team, and helping new leaders rise.
